Course Overview, Learning Outcomes & Accreditation
The RTS Mini MBA is available on-demand and designed for busy professionals who want to study in their own time and at their own pace.
The syllabus covers every element of the TV & Streaming Media ecosystem. It is made up of four streams: Industry Context, Programme Making, Business Functions and Future Outlook. Each of these streams cover core topics ranging from: how a programme is developed, commissioned and made, to how money flows within the industry and how the UK TV sector is likely to change within the next five to ten years.

As the Mini MBA is designed to enhance participants’ professional development, the RTS is working with the CPD Standards Office to accredit the course.
Learners will be awarded 80 CPD points on completion of the course, plus additional points for completing the optional final assessment. The RTS London Convention in 2024 was also accredited by the CPD Standards Office.
