Professional Connections

You will complete the course as an individual, but the RTS Mini MBA is not about passive learning. It’s about interacting, exchanging ideas and forging connections with your cohort, which will improve your learning experience and build a vibrant community.

We recommend studying alongside colleagues where possible, so that you can discuss your learnings together, but there will be ample opportunity to connect with other students, and having completed the course, you will become part of a growing alumni and broad professional network.

Your Profile

Discussions & Direct Messages

As this is a virtual course, you can interact with fellow learners by using the discussions built into each module. These forums invite you to respond to a prompt; usually a statement or question. You can leave comments, respond to others’ comments, and upvote on discussion threads. Although it's encouraged, please note that you don’t have to write a comment on every discussion – your contributions are not assessed and do not count towards your recorded progress on the course.


You also have an inbox, enabling you to direct message fellow students via the platform.


Community Spaces

Separate to the module-specific discussions, you can access the RTS Academy community space by clicking on the Community tab on the main toolbar.

This provides a forum for communication, general updates and collaboration, where you can introduce yourself, share your thoughts, ask questions and receive guidance from others.


Webinars

Each Mini MBA learner will have access to live webinars with leading industry figures throughout their time on the course and beyond. They will discuss key topics, learnings and themes related to the subject matter. You will be able to submit questions, and the events will also be recorded for those who cannot attend.

The RTS team will contact you as and when these Q&As and other such events are confirmed. Details will also be included in the Director’s Cut.


Staying in touch

Once you have completed the course, you will become part of a vibrant network of RTS Mini MBA alumni. You will gain access to an exclusive alumni forum to continue to cultivate the professional relationships you’ve formed during the course, as well as invitations to bespoke RTS events and networking opportunities, both in person and online.
